libmthca-dev software package provides Development files for the libmthca driver, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libmthca-dev
libmthca-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libmthca-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libmthca-dev *
You will get with libmthca-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
